1) Set your budget

This important first step will allow you to make a strong offer on a home. My team and I will put you in touch with reputable lenders and walk you through the process to become prequalified for a mortgage.

2) Decide Needs, Wants, and Wishes

Meet with me to discuss your home needs. As a local expert, I am knowledgeable of neighborhoods, public and private schools, market conditions, zoning regulations, and local economy. My team and I will help you discover the possibilities around Santa Barbara.

3) Tour Homes and Make an Offer

We tour homes in your budget that meet your needs and wants. My design expertise can help you envision a house as your home. We put together a competitive offer and negotiate an agreement with the sellers.

4) Escrow

At this final step, we schedule professional inspections as desired, finalize the mortgage, and get the keys to your new home!
